Overseas Purchase

Snuff Store is a UK based business, but we are able to accept international orders from overseas customers via credit / debit card, cheques or bank transfer. We can accept cheque payments in GBP or your own currency if you would prefer.

Some country's credit cards may not be supported by our payment processor, if this is the case with your country, please contact us using the link at the end of this message for further options.

Snuff Store operates in GBP £'s Sterling and orders at check out will be calculated (and if needs be converted) and charged at your local currency automatically by your card company. Depending on your currency, the site will either display prices in GBP or your home currency. Please note however, that we operate in GBP and as currency conversion fluctuates, the amount you are charged at the check out process may be slightly different than that displayed on site.

Please allow reasonable postal delivery time for overseas orders. We process and post orders on the same or next day, depending on the time of order. Once the order has been posted it will be in the capable hands of the postage services to get the order to you. Most overseas orders take 1 - 2 weeks depending on your locaction to arrive. Delays can occur at international customs for customers outside of the EU and please allow for this when contacting us.

In general, recent postal delivery times have been good, we managed to get a delivery to California from the UK within four working days, but once the order is in the postal system, it's out of our hands and down to the relevant postal service to do what they do best! Our orders are generally sent via the Royal Mail, who state that international orders can take up to 28 days to arrive.

We can accept traveller's cheques or bank cheques drawn on GBP £'s Sterling. Please contact us before converting order total amounts from GBP to your home currency, so we can arrange confirmation of amount due. We will convert into GBP using Yahoo finance. Please note, that orders will be posted on receipt of cheque.

We can accept international bank transfers, again these must be drawn on GBP £'s Sterling which your bank will arrange for you, please contact us for further details.

Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of, and pay for, any taxes or duty that may be due on their order. We are not liable for and taxes or duty, with the exception of VAT where appropriate. If you refuse delivery of the package, it may or may not get sent back to us. Unfortunately, we have no way to control this.
