Absolut Snus

Absolut Snus is a new coffee flavoured tobacco free alternative to chewing tobacco, made in the style of traditional Swedish loose moist snus.

The packaging of Absolut Snus describes it as an 'Energy Booster' and mentions that it is made to a Swedish Coffee formula; research online has found mention of caffeine being added to 'dipping tobacco' historically as a natural 'pick-me-up'.

There is a 'kick' to Absolut Snus from the caffeine content and Absolut Snus does 'feel' like traditional Swedish loose snus when held between the cheek / lip and gum.

Whether you choose to place Absolut Snus under your upper lip as the Swedes do or between cheek and gum, is entirely up to you!

Absolut Snus is the perfect fix for curbing your tobacco habit. It tastes great and gives you an extra boost of energy. I ordered from the U.S and it arrived quickly and fresh. I recommend this product for anyone who is trying to quit tobacco or just loves a good pinch of coffee between the cheek and gum.

Unfortunately this was not all I expected it to be. The smell is fabulous and reminded me of ground coffee. You get a good sized tin full to the brim of what looks like damp coffe grindings. There is a problem with leakage however the envelope they arrived in was almost ruined. The texture is much too loose. You cannot get a decent lump together and when in place it disintegrates quickly in a very unpleasent way. It leaves your mouth gritty and with an artificial taste in your mouth. Its a nice idea but I think they need to tweak the formula somewhat.
