Item Description

Sea Breeze Snuff by Gawith Hoggarth.

"Well, I can honestly say that this is the only completely savoury snuff I've ever encountered - there's not a vestige of sweetness: in fact I rather oddly pick up a distinct, and pleasant, saltiness. Perhaps "Sea Breezes" isn't as inapporoprate a name as I first thought. Enjoy!"

We can't top the above review, so why not give Sea Breeze snuff a try?!

If the truth be known then I would probably suggest that the Sea Breeze title is a trifle 'ambitious'. For me, this snuff whilst pleasant is no more than a basic everyday 'safe bet' for the pocket. It has a low menthol note with a hint of pine and is more reminicent of forest rain.

Don't get me wrong, its nice, easy to use and has a good consistancy through to finish.
Again, worth having for the name but I do wish the packaging was more interesting. Laurie

Savoury was interesting, but I failed to get any of the "sea breezes" I found nothing but the very feint hint of salt very quickly overtaken by the scent of Thyme and one other I can't put my finger on, unless that is the O-Zone the other reviewers are talking of. Noses are funny things and when I take this snuff I start thinking of roast potato.

Yet again excellent service from the Snuff Store delivered my selection in a couple of days. I couldnt wait to try Seabreezes as I have a preference for the savoury and this snuff doesn't dissapoint. It has a salty ozony hit which lingers for some time. initially sniffed from the pinch there is an earthyness with hints of pine and leafyness, once in the nose the saltyness takes over with a pleasant mellowness. definatly savoury. I love this snuff

I find it difficult to put my finger on exactly what this does smell of - sea breezes are not the first things that spring to my mind at any rate. On initial whiff I was signally unimpressed and unsure how I was going to get rid of the stuff. Over the course of the ensuing weeks, however, I found myself returning to it on an increasingly regular basis and it\'s now become one of those snuffs I\'d rather not be without.

I can only assume that the esteemed Messrs Gawith & Hoggarth were trying to replicate the aroma of ozone and, at a pinch (sic), they might be said to have succeeded - some may also detect a hint of pine.

Why 5 stars?..Well, I can honestly say that this is the only completely savoury snuff I\'ve ever encountered - there\'s not a vestige of sweetness: in fact I rather oddly pick up a distinct, and pleasant, saltiness. Perhaps \"Sea Breezes\" isn\'t as inapporoprate a name as I first thought. Enjoy!

If you like anything else from Gawith Hoggarth, you should give Sea Breezes a try. Like their other blends, this is definitely not for beginners, but if you can take it, it's wonderful.

Not a bad snuff here in my opinion as I am a big fan of Pine flavorings and that is excactly what the flavor of this snuff is.

It is a pretty dry dusty snuff so it may be a bit difficult to take for begginers but the Pine flavoring is strong and well done as it simulates taking a walk through a pine forest well.

I'd say to go ahead and give this snuff a try.
