Submited By: Dee Seager-Noakes on 07/03/2011 With a name like "Fribourg & Treyer Dr J Robertson Justice Snuff" I was expecting a lot. I'd read the reviews, and they seemed not just favourable, "Edwardian gentleman", "flowery and strangely alluring", but an absoloute must.
They are describing a smell, a smell that I thought was "me" in a tin.
Unfortunatly, we all have different tastes and sometimes this means that what one might like, another may not.
In the interest of different perspectives, and a fair spread of reviews I felt duty bound to leave a review of my own.
This has a fantastic name, and comes in a lovely long, thin upright tin. But it seems that the smell of Justice, is like sniffing soap!
Have you ever been halfway through washing your face and breathed in, caught a mouth / noseful of soapy water and thought "that ain't right"?
Then this is not for you.
If you quite enjoy licking your soapy face cloth whilst washing, then Justice is the snuff for you!
Talcy, flowery, clean shaven, yes. But I guess there's a good side to that, and a not so good side. I don't mind lightly smelling it, but snorting it is not for me. It sits on the back of my throat in an unpleasant fashion.
Maybe it's an aquired taste. Maybe time will tell.
I've got a lot of it left. So I guess time will tell.
I'm pretty stupid. I'll probably try it again. And again. But for now, I got soapy mouth : (
