This is second only to the President. Any nicotine has coronary risks, but the value of this in terms of sinus health far outweighs this.
I use the President mostly, as at work the reflective case is useful and the President does have more of a "kick" to it, so you can space out the usage a bit more. However, in the country, I love this type.
While this must be used often than the President, at least for me, to maintain the effects, it is so enjoyable it's okay.
If you like the President, this is, at lest for me, what I use when I am on the farm etc. It is the casual version perhaps. Also the container style and dispenser style perfect, just be sure to have something reflective to check your nose if you use at work.
A great product and compliment to the President. These are the only two nasal snuffs I ever used after a lot of trying out different types.
