Gletscherprise Snuff is the world's best selling snuff.

Roughly the translation means 'Glacier Pinch'. When speaking to Poschl, they explained the flavour of Gletscherprise Snuff as having a unique freshness, as if one was taking a breath off a glacier!

Gletscherprise snuff is the invention of Alois and Wilhelm Pöschl (the sons of the Poschl founding father) and has really proved to be a great hit with snuffers worldwide.

You really can't go wrong with this offering.Porschl are the menthol masters and they produced another little gem with this one.
It is a well crafted menthol with a hint of camphor and an almost fruity finish.It's moist,dark and in every sense mellow and refreshing.The balance of its flavours is a work of art.
I truly understand its popularity - it's a snuff for every occasion.

Very refreshing! A comfortable grind, neither too coarse nor too fine but rather oily. I'm not too sure what "Columbia" oil is but a friend I've introduced to snuff said: "Ooh, sweaty bum!" I don't quite get that, thankfully, and I've off-set the sweet oiliness of this most popular snuff with a healthy pinch, in my snuff box, of "Gawith Hoggarth Camphor/Menthol" which I usualy find to be too dusty. The mix works very well and I get through more of this than anything else, at the moment. The finer, drier snuff helps prevent the'Schmaltz' type snuff from falling out of my nose whilest the moist Poschl prevents the Kendal from being too sneezy. Give it a go, you may be pleasantly surprised ;0)

not surprising that it's the most sold snuff in the world. it's easy to take, easy for sinuses too and aroma is freshly pleasing and a bit "oily".
easy as breathing.

I snuff this good stuff all the time but have to say it's something you don't feel too enthusiastic about, is it too easy?

bit coarse moist menthol snuff that does well specially in outdoors and sports.
