McChrystal's Original And Genuine Snuff is an excellent slightly moist snuff, ideal for both the beginner and expert alike.

Original & Genuine is made to a secret recipe that's been unchanged for 80 years. It's described as the 'classic' nasal tobacco experience.

A lot of people talk about O&G so I decided to try it and I'm glad I did!

Reason for not trying it was the fact its menthol flavours, I don't do mentol and I detest menthol cigarettes so it took me a while to get round to it.

The menthol is mild so I found it felt more like minty lozenge rather than a full kick and there are other nice snuff flavours there that are not overpowered. Its nice a moist as well that makes for a comfortable experience.

I use it in the morning as a pick-me-up as it does a great job of clearing my nose and it has a very nice light sting to it.

I am now one of the many fans of O&G and I will be buying it again when my tin runs out!

As an American, snuff is not something I have encountered until only recently when I ordered O&G. Like many of my friends, the idea of snorting tobacco sounded a bit odd, but I have been surprised and delighted by O&G. It is not at all harsh, and has an excellent \"taste\" and sensation. It is not at all overpowering and can be used easily at any time and in any place.

My use of O&G marks the beginning of what will likely be an extended journey into the wonderful world of snuff. Much like wine, snuff seems to be more of a fine art, with plentiful aromas, and varied textures and tastes, and O&G seems to be a good place to start.

Highly recommended to those Americans who may find themselves wondering about the world of snuff!!!

The way the different mint flavours come together is just right. As others have noted, it has a very unique aroma that is vivid, yet delicate insofar as to not overpower the other subtle tastes. The rush is very refreshing and the way the flavour hits you is very stimulating to your senses. I do it while reading or surfing online to give me a little mental boost. Kind of the same way a minty piece of gum can wake you up during class, except with the nice nicotine buzz.

Just remember sniff lightly, it doesn\'t have to go in far at all. If you\'re coughing or wheezing, your letting it irritate the more sensitive tissue deep in your nose. The mintiness is not enjoyable stinging the back of your throat.
