McChrystal's JIP Snuff is described as having a medicated and sweet flavour.

JIP Snuff is one of our favourites and in our opinion is a great snuff. It has a strong menthol kick that clears the nose, the scent lasts a long time.

Jip. Careful.....this one bites like a shark! Don't let this put you off though, it has a nice 'lemoney' undertone and is definately one for the menthol lovers of the world. Its quite an experience this one because it takes a few seconds to explode but its well worth the wait. I would have a tin of this if I was walking over moors or along fens and it would be equally at home in my fishing bag. It is strong and I would certainly recommend it if you have sinus probs or a heavy cold. A weapon of mass destruction! Keep Jip on the Hip. Laurie

This is a clean and fresh smelling mentholated snuff that has a nice eucalyptus fragrance as well. It certainly refreshes the nose and although I was at first skeptical of it's 'medicinal' properties, it did help clear the passages somewhat.

It doesn't have a huge nicotine hit, but perhaps I'm only responsive to the really 'heavy' snuffs in that regard.

Overall, a very nice medicated snuff.

Gerçekten yukarıda yazıldığı gibi oldukça yoğun ve uzun süre etkisini koruyan bir mentole sahip. Burnu anında açıp tazeliyor. Mentolünün yoğunluğu ve kokusu bana vicks vaporub merhemi anımsattı diyebilirim. :)

Tek eleştirim ise kutusunun oldukça küçük olması.

Indeed, as written above, the effect is very intense and long-term protection with a menthol. Off Cape refreshes instantly. Density and the smell reminded me say Vicks ointment Mentolünün vaporub. :)

One criticism is that the box is quite small.

For me, this snuff is McChrystal's raison d'être [purpose in life] even beyond their O&G.

Jipp is my ultimate winter "kill or cure" when the "winter sniffles" season begins [bear in mind I am a teacher, and so get either infected by, or immune to, almost every bug going.

When push comes to shove, and I need the ultimate winter nose clearer, combined with a really serious, fortifying nicotine kick, Jipp is the business. Dare I say it is the ultimate "dog's wotsits" where heavily medicated and hyper nicotine entwine?

On its own, it is the heaviest, headiest medicated - stronger even [to my nose] than Pöschl's Red Bull - and a more natural medication.

Beyond being my "winter ultimate, try it 50/50 with Hedges, or even "diluted 1:1 down to 1:3 with Wilsons' Best SP.

I haven't yet tried mixing it with Wilsons' Tom Thumb, but this may happen some time this winter.

This little tin is my ultimate winter failsafe. cold-clearing; winter-cold lifting; when-all-else-fails - this is something you really should keep a little tin of, ready for the moment you need it.

It's also still very polite and pleasant to take, in addition to the medicinal and "serious nicotine kick" qualities.

This is one for the menthol lover.It has a strong flavour which lingers.
I love this one.Not one for the unitiated but once you get the taste for menthols you\'ll come back to this time and again.

McChrystal’s JIP snuff is the strongest menthol snuff I’ve ever had, as well as possessing the biggest kick. Initially intensely and nearly overpoweringly minty, JIP quickly dissipates to a comfortable and pleasantly fresh sensation that lasts from fifteen minutes to half an hour. It is a snuff that allows your sense of smell to coexist with the mild scent is carries. This causes your everyday scents to seem fresh and new around you as its rush clears your head and perks up your outlook on the day.
