One of my very first snuffs and a genuine nostalgic pleasure to reaquaint myself with it. Very smooth, for a menthol snuff, and lighter in tone, as well as colour & grind, than "Hedges". It doesn't last as long in the nose as "Hedges" but is still very refreshing. It seems to have a touch of citrus about it, as well as the usual 'medicated' aromas. There is also a suprising & pleasing after-scent of fresh button mushrooms (but that could just be my own olfactory sense playing me false). I much prefer the little tin (and in my youth it was a tin & not thin plastic) that tucks nicely into the pocket as opposed to these dispensers with a hole in the side; so much easier to take a good pinch rather than scattering it to the 4 winds & down your shirt front. This is marvelous stuff & I shall always keep some to hand.
