This Snuff Box is made from pewter and is described by the manufacturer as having an embossed shield design.

This is an oval shaped snuff box and measures approximately 5.5cm long, 4cm wide and 1.5cm deep.

This snuff box is a real work of art in it's own right. It has various pewter marks on the bottom, as well as manufacturer's marks.

It would appear that the shield could be engraved with the owner's initials - we haven't however tested this.
