The banana scent can be detected without even opening the box. If you don't like bananas, then this one won't be for you. If on the other hand you like bananas, then you'll make a monkey of yourself over this fruity snuff.

Samuel Gawith's Banana snuff is a medium moist, finely ground snuff with a hint of menthol.

Tried this snuff for the first time today, the first Samuel Gawith Snuff I have tried.

To me, the consistancy is just right. Not too dry, not too moist. It does not hit the back of the throat in a powdery explosion like some snuffs to.

The flavour of the bananas reminds me of the old fashionned foam banana sweets, which to me was immediately pleasant. The real surpise is after a few moments, the banana scent in the noses gives way to what I can only describe as \'freshness\'. Not a banana frshness, but just a very clean sensation which is very nice indeed. I think I might just have found my \'regular brand\' in this one. Full marks!!!

To start off: I am a snuffing novice. Keeping this in mind, when i opened this, one of many I bought to start my collection, it didn't quite grab me.

Now, before you let that sinking feeling in your chest get any worse, know that this was only because my nose was currently polluted by a delicious schmalzer snuff.

Having just tried this unique treat for a dedicated hour and a half during a favorite movie, I have to say i was wrong! This is a wonderful, different snuff!

The menthol if any is almost unnoticeable and leads only to a light cooling sensation on the tip of your nose and even inside once you take it. The sensation matches the flavor perfectly, in some inexplicable way. The taste itself is like a hard bannana candy, and not at all overpowering or 'stingy' for me.

A great success for such an odd flavor!

i rather like this one, despite its quite artificial flavour.. it reminds me of banana milkshake powder, worth checking out as you'll not likely find a snuff like it

Sam Gawith Banana snuff in my opinion warrants a purchase only because of the uniqueness of its flavor. Their is no other snuff on the market flavored with banana.

This snuff is semi-moist and medium in grind in my opinion and is not very hard to take.

Unfortunately the banana flavor seems very artificial and although it is a bit sweet I find it less than satisfying.

Banana Snuff is a good fruity snuff. It\'s a light dry snuff with a hint of menthol. It has a warmth to it that\'s hard to describe. Use moderation as it is easy to over do this one.
