Submited By: Laurie Vaughan on 02/06/2012 Celtic Talisman. Ok, I can see what they're trying to achieve here but basically this snuff is a little on the pungent side.
This has a similar aroma to richly infused Arabian 'Hukka' pipe tobacco and it simply needs to be mellowed down.
When we tried it at the Railway Snuff Soceity we all said the same thing, a bit "rubbery" smelling.
The sad thing is, it has the potential to be a top of the pops snuff because the consistency is perfect, it 'takes' really well and comes in a lovely container. But sadly, the aroma is simply dominated with Dunlop!
We have agreed not to mark this one down too much because this is a very brave attempt. It is completely the other end of the scale to many and well worth a try. Even if its simply to acquire the nice packaging and label!
Best wishes
