Submited By: Wayne Nutter on 02/20/2012 This snuff is a very heavily perfumed snuff, not a hint of Hound or Otter, with an almost "hand soap" perfume, a mixed bunch of floral notes , not unpleasant at all but quite strong, a good nicotine balance, quite cool initially, then the floral scents go through a very pleasant litany of progressive phases( good that wasn't it) plainly speaking the scents develop and settle, some lavender and stock, reminiscent of a feminine perfume I can not quite place. This a snuff of the usual quality from Samuel Gawith, moist easy to take and leaves a lasting aroma. Not bad at all.Quite why "Otterhound" I have no idea. I have just taken a pinch while I write this review and its come to me the scent is the old "Astral" soap long gone from retailers.A great snuff for going out, almost an aftershave snuff.A very clean and pleasant experience
