Sharrow Mentholated Snuff comes in a 25g tin that is vacuum sealed for freshness. To open the tin follow the instructions on the side, which are to insert a coin between the lid and the body of the tin and gently twist. This may take a little practice, but we found no problems opening our 'test' tin and got the satisfying hiss of air entering the tin first time of trying.

Sharrow Mentholated Snuff when opened has the unmistakeable scent of menthol. There is also a slight whiff of ammonia that is found with all fresh snuffs - a reasuring scent, that tells you that the snuff is fresh and it can be reduced by leaving the tin open for a few hours if you wish.
