Whisky Snuff by Gawith Hoggarth
Whisky snuff is a fine, dry, brown snuff. Classed as a mentholated snuff by the manufacturer; with the added scent of whisky.
On opening there's a strong tobacco SP like scent with a background aroma of whisky. It feels a little 'smokey', perhaps reminiscent of a good Islay...
This snuff is a moorish snuff - the whisky flavour isn't truly evident until it's in the nose. The menthol isn't over powering and all in all, like a good whisky the balance of this snuff is very good.
Whisky snuff is for beginners and experts alike.
As with all Gawith Hoggarth snuffs, please be cautious on the first few pinches in case you take it too far back in the nose. Start small and increase until you find the pinch 'level' that's right for you.
