We've just had a new shipment of Wilson's Snuff, so as not to make you wait, we haven't yet had the chance to write out a full description of each.

Mid brown, quite fine, medium moist and easy to take. The tobacco base appears similar or identical to other Wilsons floral snuffs and their SPs, so provides reasonable nicotine. The lavender is very natural indeed and is not overpowering, nor does it out stay its welcome or cloy. Very soothing and just the ticket for de-stressing after work. As with other single flavoured florals, the aroma is one dimensional so only really appeals for occasional use and blending. A generous four stars based on the good quality tobacco and natural flavour.

I'll be the dissenter. I bought this hoping for the relaxing effects of lavender; the last few pinches of the evening to fall asleep with. My experience was that the scent faded rather too quickly, and there was a very odd, unpleasant note soon after taking the snuff. I don't know if it was from the tobacco or the lavender essence, but I'm not inclined to repeat it! It was easy to take though...

I will continue to explore a florals, McC's Violet works well for me before bed.

I was really suprised at how much I enjoyed this snuff. I did not expect so much from it. The lavender lingers in the nose beautifully and you will get a pleasant aroma for many minutes afterwards, especially in fresh air.
It has a lovely nose opening effect without the crutch of menthol. Light and airy. I find myself taking pinch after pinch of it

A lovely snuff. Perfect for winding down at night. With this snuff up my nose it's just like sniffing freshly cut lavender, it smells very natural. Probably my current favourite.

This one has a nice soft lavendar taste to it. I reach for this one when I'm in a relaxed mood and I don't want something too strong. Put on some soft music, take a pinch or two, and enjoy.
