Item Description

Ice Liquorice is a brand new snuff from Wilsons of Sharrow.

Ice Liquorice is a light brown finely ground snuff and in our opinion is perfectly pinchable. Ice Liquorice isn't 'moist', but the pinch retains it 'shape' if you give it a good squeeze between finger and thumb.

Ice Liquorice snuff has a distinctive scent of liquorice and menthol when opening the tin.

We've been crying out for a 'true' liquorice snuff and the arrival of Ice Liquorice is a welcome surprise, if you're a liquorice fan who's been having to make do with 'aniseed' flavours instead; we're sure you'll be as happy as us on this new flavour's release.

The Ice part of the Liquorice is 'menthol'. The menthol isn't so over powering as to do the liquorice an injustice - fortunately! On first snuffing, we noticed the liquorice immediately, sure there's menthol and it adds to the snuffing experience, but the liquorice stays in the nose for a while.

A refreshing snuff, ideal for both beginners and experts alike. If you like menthol snuffs, then Ice Liquorice is bound to be a pleasure. If you're a liquorice 'nut' then you're going to be in 'heaven'!

Price is for a 'medium' tin. Try Ice Liquorice Snuff today.

As my experience with snuff grows I am learning the many and varied experiences snuff can bring. This excellent snuff is magic.A lovely cool shot of menthol to give the ice and what follows is a White chocolate warm vanilla scent that is just" cosy" a delight to sniff and enjoy, the after note develops and settles to a delightfully subtle vanilla tone that is so very pleasant. Her Ladyship is hooked on room fresheners, each room having its own new gizmo to keep the house smelling ( lets just leave it at that) This is my own personal "room" enhancer, I can take it anywhere with me, a really relaxing snuff enough nicotine to make it worth indulging and such nice snuff

What a very interesting snuff this is! It's quite moist, medium to dark brown and rather fine.
The first thing that hits your taste buds is a pleasant aniseed flavour followed by a sweet almost coconut taste then a long and lingering liquorice flavour that lasts and lasts.
This snuff is very pleasing, the flavours complement each other nicely and one of those that you can use all day.

As soon as you open the tin, a most pleasing aroma greets you. This is a good early shift snuff but personally I would prefer a bit less of the menthol. there are plenty of menthol reinforced snuffs available but very few liquorice based products. Refreshing, but not one that I could enjoy throughout the day.

I first tried aniseed and menthol before trying ice liquorice. Ice liqorice is much better. Both the licorice and menthol flavors are much stronger. Although I would not consider it an everyday snuff it sure shows up in the rotation quite often. If you like licorice you need to give this a try.

Licorice and anise are absolutely different from one another. If you don't want anise. Which is heating, stimulating, and to a certain extent spicy. You must try licorice! Which is cooling, rejuvenating, and lubricating. Both are sweet with the same "flavor" but the discerning snuffer can tell the difference. I have an affinity for this snuff with it's smooth sweetness. Similar to Lowen-Prise but less hard on the menthol hit and more flavor on the licorice. The fine grind here is perfect for a long lasting coat in the nose of sweet tobacco. Don't take licorice for granted. It has been used in conjunction with tobacco as far back as our consumption goes (slight exaggeration). Recommended, especially for beginners.
